Founders of Clarity Commercial Finance, Rob and Simon maintain their core values of excellent, honest customer service with a face to face approach and excellent market knowledge in order to build long standing relationships. Taking a hands on approach they firmly believe in a personal service and visit each potential customer to truly understand their business financial needs. Both family men with young children they cherish family time and enjoy sports, eating out and socialising.
Rob Telfer
Rob has over 15 years’ experience in the transport industry. Having previously worked for a merchant bank specializing in SME asset finance and funding solutions for the past 11 years. Rob has facilitated over £125m in business funding for SME’s and looked after a small team of between 3-4 Sales Managers assisting with their development. Rob also previously worked as an export sales Manager for one of the largest Tipper Trailer manufacturers in the UK and worked as Sales Manager of the largest haulage event in the UK – Truckfest providing a real understanding of the pressures faced by the transport industry in the UK.
Rob takes the time to understand his customer’s intrinsic needs ensuring that he provides the best tailored solution for their financial requirements.
Simon Beare
Simon Beare has over 20 years’ experience working in the finance sector, having worked in personal finance, invoice finance and asset finance. He has personally facilitated over £140m in business funding. He has also managed sales teams in previous roles assisting his teams with their development to achieve their goals.
As well as working in asset finance for the last 8 years, Simon also has previous experience working in invoice finance for two high street banks.
Simon uses the knowledge and experience gained from his previous roles to give the best advice to his customers, to deliver the best possible financial solutions.
